Planned workouts
Ten ready-made walks and runs, including Zone 2 Run, which sets the speed to hold your heart rate in zone 2. Or build your own.
The next change, counted down
A countdown tells you what to set next, and one tap pushes it back 30 seconds or a minute.
On your wrist
Start on Apple Watch alone. The Watch connects to a Bluetooth treadmill itself, and your recent plans are on its start screen.
Speed and incline shortcuts
Change speed and incline in one tap, or ask Siri on iPhone or Apple Watch.
Any treadmill
Set your speed and the app calculates distance and pace, on any treadmill or walking pad.
Shoes and treadmill care
Each pair of shoes counts its miles and tells you when to replace it. Your treadmill counts its own, and tells you when maintenance is due.
Your layout
Pick and arrange the numbers you see mid-run, including body temperature and heat strain from a compatible sensor.
On iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch
Start on Apple Watch, iPhone, or both together.
Questions
- Does it work with any treadmill?
- Yes, and with walking pads. Over Bluetooth FTMS, speed, distance, incline and elevation sync on their own.
- Do I need an Apple Watch?
- No. Workouts run on iPhone alone, with heart rate from a Bluetooth strap or supported AirPods.
- Does my data leave my device?
- Workouts go to Apple Health and the rest syncs through your own iCloud. None of it reaches us.
