Klemy

A strength training log for iPhone and Apple Watch.
No feed. No followers. No coach telling you what to lift. You already know your program — Klemy keeps the record.

  • 1700+ exercises, every one with an illustration, instructions and form tips
  • Filter by 13 muscle groups and 19 kinds of equipment, or add your own exercises
  • Routines you build once and start with one tap
  • Supersets that move you to the next exercise on their own
  • Rest timers that start the moment a set is done, and can be stretched or skipped
  • A full Apple Watch app that runs a workout with no iPhone nearby
  • Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: finish a set, control rest, pause or end without unlocking
  • Weight and reps, reps only, timed holds, bodyweight, assisted bodyweight and distance work
  • Apple Health for your workouts, with heart rate and energy read back into the summary
  • Metric or imperial units, and 12 languages
  • Privacy‑first: no accounts, registration, or emails

Why it matters

Most training apps want to be a social network, a coach and a content library at once — and want an account before they will let you write down a set. Klemy is a tracker and nothing else. It opens instantly, it stays out of the way between sets, and it is built entirely with Apple's own frameworks, so it is easy on the battery on both the phone and the watch.

Your training is yours to take

Years of logged sets are worth something, and most apps make them very hard to get back out. Klemy treats your history as your property, not as a reason you cannot leave.
